Basic job description:
- setting and working with production line shopflow system (including sql commands)
- installation and settings client and server stations
- maintenance of assigned servers/devices and ensuring fault-free functions
- backup (data, settings) of assigned servers/devices
- basic work with LAN networks
- supporting internal users
- manage objects in Active Directory
- setting access rights
- analysis and solving service failures
- create documentation related to assigned HW
- create user manual or provide instructions for created SW
- regular making of reports
Skills required:
- english on communicative level
- experience with databases (MySQL/MSSQL/Oracle)
- installation and setting of client OS Windows
- installation and setting of server OS Windows
- experience with scripting
- general knowledge of IT technologies (manage HW, networks, Microsoft office, antiviruses)
